What is tallow?

Tallow is the product of rendering the fat from beef. It's nutrient rich and contains fatty-soluble vitamins such as A, D, E and K. Here at Newfound Tallow Inc. we only use local grass fed and finished beef for our products.

Vitamin A: Antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals. Retinol is often recommended to treat acne because its ability to unclog pores, overall enhances skin tone and texture.

Vitamin D: Supports skin cell turn over. Protects against UV damage. May help premature aging. Promotes wound healing and holds anti-inflammatory properties.

Vitamin E: Helps reduce the appearance of scars. Improves skin texture. Helps maintain skin hydration by forming a protective barrier on the skins surface.

Vitamin K: Promotes skins elasticity. Reduces skin redness and rosacea symptoms. Helps the appearance of dark circles and under eye bags.

After cleansing, take a small amount of tallow and warm it between your hands before gently massaging it into your face and neck.
