Two Hills Tea Organics Matcha 100g

This early spring harvest yields all the health benefits of matcha plus a delightfully smooth character. This matcha is harvested and produced from early spring buds and tender young tea leaves. Our matcha tea plants are grown in partial sunlight (they are covered with a canopy) a few weeks each spring, boosting the amount of chlorophyll in the leaves—hence the very high concentration of antioxidants. After harvest, the tea is meticulously ground into very fine particles and shipped to Two Hills, where we keep it in a temperature-controlled room. It is perfect for making matcha lattes, frappes, ice cream, and smoothies.
